How To Submit An Article or Guide

Have Your Articles, How To Guides & Stories Published on ValueJockey.com

ValueJockey.com invites you to submit your articles, buying and selling stories and "how to" guides to be considered for publication on our website. Share your knowledge and expertise. Funny experience? Tell everyone about it. Help build your name recognition & get the word out about what you do.

Article topics include, but are not limited to; antique shopping, collecting antiques, antique appraisals, collectible appraisals, auctioning online, autograph authenticity, selling real estate online, buying or selling on eBay®, buying or selling on craigslist®, writing ads that sell, taking photographs that sell and garage sale tips. Articles related to the buying and selling of any of our categories or subcategories are also welcome.

All articles, how to guides & personal stories must be your own. Articles & guides should include a short bio about yourself. An active link to your website can be added so we can send targeted traffic to your site. Articles should not directly include the promotion of your site or products, but may initiate interest in you and your website. It is not required to be a ValueJockey member to submit an article, but your ValueJockey member user name may be mentioned in your bio.

All submissions are reviewed before publishing. Grammar, clear concepts, and duplicate content are considered prior to publishing. Not all articles will be published. We reserve the right to edit any article prior to publication that is very lengthy, for clarity or for grammar. If a title has already been published on ValueJockey, the new article title may be altered, but you will be notified of any changes prior to publication. Please remember - articles and guides must be your own. You are welcome to submit as many articles as you would like.

Include the following -

Title (Include important keywords)

Introduction (the purpose of your article - 20 words approx.)

Article, Guide or Story (300 - 1000 words approx.)

Your Name (include your first and last name or last initial)

Short Bio/Profile (tell us about yourself!)

Your Email Address (we do not display this with articles)

Your Company Name and/or Website Address and Link (so we can send traffic to you.)

ValueJockey User Name (optional - add this if you would like our members to recognize you!)

Send your articles, guides & stories in plain text format to: customerservice@valuejockey.com

As soon as your submission is published on ValueJockey, we will forward a confirmation email that will include a link to your article.
